Epinions Pretty good for $100!

by  elgatolocorojo,  Jan 5, 2006
Pros: Cheap, fast, no shutter lag- easy to just point and click.
Cons: If any, a bunch of options and menus that I personally don't need.
The Bottom Line: It's affordable, it seems just as good as my more expensive digital Sony was, and it's easy to use.
Review: Well, my first digital camera is no longer with the living, a Sony Cyber Shot that I actually purchased used from a pawn shop last year. So, this X-mas I was in dire need of a need of a new digital camera, and the Sony one I wanted from Target was out ...

Epinions Ease and simplicity

by  shelleysworld1,  Dec 8, 2007
Pros: The ease at learning to operate and use all the functions.
Cons: The failure of the camera to have a audio recording, which would enhance it's features.
The Bottom Line: The simplicity and the quality of photos and video. Great camera with great capabilities for everyone who wants family photos.
Review: I lost my older Kodak to a theft, and was without a digital camera for over a year. Last Christmas my in-laws gave us each a $35 Sears gift certificate. We were shopping in January of '07 and came upon the returns cabinet at our local Sears store. ...

Epinions A good basic snap-shooter.

by  daveycoon,  Feb 14, 2006
Pros: Good price, good picture, easy to use.
Cons: Must buy memory card.
The Bottom Line: If you don't want to spend the equivalent of a mortgage payment on a digital camera, this is the deal.
Review: I purchased this camera because I needed one, and basically just grabbed the first cheap one I saw. And for this price, I believe I grabbed well. It's easy enough to use, just turn it on, aim, click. Although there are menus full of features, I really ...

Epinions Durable Camera, Good Pictures

by  faithhopelove2,  Dec 1, 2007
Pros: Durable, Easy Use, Has "View Screen", Video, Good Pictures, Self-Picture Timer
Cons: Short videos/no sound, limited features, slow zoom and response.
The Bottom Line: Anyone wanting a simple, easy to use, and definitely durable camera, that will last for years. Good gift for children and teenagers, or the clumsy adult.
Review: For the price of this camera, you can't get much better. My husband and I both have one - they take good pictures (not great, like you would get with the 10 mega pixels, but you definitely get by with them). My husband had his in Afghanistan for a year, ...

Epinions First digital Camera

by  maynaysmom,  Sep 13, 2006
Pros: Price, picture quality, easy to use!
Cons: Bulky, drains batteries, no sound with video.
Review: This was my first camera. I love how easy it is to use. I had it figured out in just a few hours of playing with it. The pictures are very good quality, and if you choose a good memory card, you can take a ton of pictures on the highest quality ...

Epinions Great camera for a reasonable price

by  julin11,  Dec 14, 2005
Pros: Easy to use. Great features for the low price.
Cons: Kind of bulky, not too petite.
Review: This camera is a great quality for the price. I was surprised at how clear the photos turned out. It was very easy for me to figure out how to use it, because I usually have trouble understanding instructions. My nine year old daughter is also able to ...

Epinions Not the best camera but good enough for the money.

by  badbonz0007,  May 11, 2006
Pros: Inexpensive, lightweight,
Cons: comes with cheap batteries and bad distance shots
The Bottom Line: Recommend this for beginners or kids. Buy better if you want better pictures. Also need a better warranty.
Review: We bought this camera from Walgreens for just around $100.00. We were not really in the market for a new one yet. We just wanted to try this one because it seemed like a good deal. A hundred dollars is not a bad price for a digital camera. I have seen a ...

Epinions A camera good for those on the go

by  maidenindigo,  Mar 6, 2006
Pros: Cheap, easy to use, SD slot, decent resolution, good for traveling
Cons: No manual settings, pretty low battery life when used with packaged batteries
The Bottom Line: The only people who would probably really appreciate this product are complete beginners. I'd recommend it to those intimidated by technology, but still want a digital camera.
Review: I received this camera as a gift from my boyfriend this past Christmas because I had always been complaining that I didn't have a digital camera. The lack of a digital camera was especially frustrating when I started going to college because there are ...

Epinions Good but not the best

by  kujila,  Jun 10, 2005
Pros: Has manual exposure control Easy to hold; lightweight LCD viewer Cheap!
Cons: NO focus controls at all! Poor zoom control Noisy photos in some instances
The Bottom Line: Good for beginners and as a backup/travel camera companion.
Review: I got this camera while it was on sale for $84.00 at on online store. The camera itself fits well in the hands and actually has a nice grip on the side of it. It's fairly lightweight and not a pain to carry around. I bought this camera to replace my ...

Epinions Decent for the price

by  sazhazman,  Jan 16, 2006
Pros: Good camera for beginners
Cons: Terrible battery life
Review: I bought this camera last summer for my daughter who was just starting to show an interest in photography. The price I paid ($90) was just right for an 11 year-old's first camera. The pictures are surprisingly good for a point and shoot. They are, ...
