Great Value And Convenience

Pros: Well balanced, quiet, and unlimited range of use.

Cons: Once the battery starts losing it's charge, performance degrades significantly.

The Bottom Line: Since it's electrical it is quiet and trimming grass/weeds won't disrupt a peaceful spring day or summer morning. The self-contained battery pack permits an unlimited range of use.

Review: The last Black and Decker string trimmer that I owned was an electrical cord powered unit that lasted approximately 6 years. I had no desire to purchase a gas-powered unit because, A) they are noisy, B) those 4-cycle engines can be temperamental, C) ...
